This Website
This website is a static, informational website. It does not use advertising trackers and does not sell visitor information. If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry.
Apex Jarvis
Apex Jarvis is an internal business assistant being developed for Apex Prime Care to help with day-to-day administrative tasks. As part of that work, Apex Jarvis may use Google services, connected through Google OAuth, on behalf of Apex Prime Care.
Google Account Access
When a Google account is authorized to connect with Apex Jarvis, Apex Jarvis may access that account only to perform the specific functions explicitly authorized at the time of connection.
The current, initial scope of this access is limited to Gmail compose and send functionality — specifically, creating and managing email drafts and sending email on behalf of the authorized account. Apex Jarvis does not read or access the full contents of a connected Gmail mailbox as part of this initial functionality.
Apex Jarvis’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How Google Account Data Is Used
Data accessed through Google account authorization is used only to provide the specific, authorized functionality described above. This data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Data Sharing
Google account data accessed by Apex Jarvis is not shared with third parties, except where necessary to provide the authorized functionality or where required by law.
Data Retention
Google account data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the authorized functionality, or as required by law.
Revoking Access
You can revoke Apex Jarvis’s access to a connected Google account at any time through your Google Account’s security settings, under “Third-party apps & services” (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking access will prevent Apex Jarvis from performing any further authorized actions on that account.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as this website and Apex Jarvis evolve. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
